My Story

I found my way into holistic therapy and energy healing during some of the most challenging times in my life. While navigating trauma and PTSD, I often felt frustrated with traditional counselling, as it seemed to keep me stuck in a cycle of revisiting the pain without truly healing or moving forward. Discovering holistic practices changed everything for me. These therapies offered a deeper level of healing, supporting my emotional, physical, and mental well-being in ways I hadn’t experienced before. This sparked a deep passion within me to dive further into holistic therapies, train professionally, and share this powerful healing with others facing their own difficult journeys.

My Approach

That’s why I combine the gentle energy of Reiki with the transformative power of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), offering a holistic path to well-being.
